近日,青岛金沙滩希尔顿酒店任命李径澔先生就任酒店行政总厨一职,全面负责酒店厨房的日常运营及厨师团队管理工作。
李径澔先生来自韩国,拥有超过28年的工作经验,曾工作于多个国际酒店。在加入金沙滩希尔顿酒店之前,他担任济州神话世界度假酒店行政副总厨一职。之前他曾工作于首尔丽思卡尔顿酒店、马尼拉索菲特菲律宾广场酒店、澳门十六浦索菲特大酒店及新加坡滨海湾金沙酒店等;与此同时他对希尔顿集团也并不陌生,曾于2016年在庆州希尔顿酒店担任行政副总厨。
李径澔先生擅长韩餐、意大利菜等西式料理,他的加入,必将为酒店注入全新的餐厅产品创意,并将通过其多年的专业经验及烹饪功底,更好地带领厨师团队为客人呈现更多优质的菜品和用餐体验。

Mr. Leon Lee – New Executive Chef of Hilton Qingdao Golden Beach
Hilton Qingdao Golden Beach announced the appointment of Mr. Leon Lee as Executive Chef of the hotel. Leon will be fully responsible for the culinary operations and management.
Leon comes from Korea and he has devoted himself in hospitality industry for more than 28 years. Prior to joining Hilton Qingdao Golden Beach, Leon was the Executive Sous Chef of Jeju Shinhwa World. Previously, he has served in several international brand hotels such as Ritz-Carlton Seoul, Sofitel Philippine Plaza, Sofitel Macau at ponte 16 and Marina Bay Sands Singapore. Leon is familiar with Hilton because he served as Executive Sous Chef in Hilton Gyeongju in 2016.
Mr. Leon Lee specializes in Korean cuisine, Italian cuisine and other Western cuisines. With his rich experience and solid strength in culinary field, he will inject new concepts into the restaurants production and lead the culinary team to create memorable dining experience for the guests.
